Good for practicing cartwheels and somersaults with my son and daughter. It is light enough for my 7 year old daughter to carry it up the stairs but tough enough and sturdy enough for my kids to (not) hurt themselves.

Nice gym mat.

Good size and thick

The quality was just fine - BUT, BEWARE, the multicolor one it is not 4x8. So for me it doesn't work as it was to go under something tat I needed it to be long enough for. I ordered 2, will keep one since it is a fine mat for other pruposes.
