It includes a Lat Tower, leg extension, abdominal crunch harness and a 4-position lower pulley/squat station. The Xtreme 2 SE utilizes Bowflex's patented Power Rods, which provide resistance, or weight, that feels as good as or better than free weights--but without the inertia or risk of joint pain usually associated with free weights. You can hook one, two, three, four or all of your Power Rod units to the cable pulley system and go from as little as 5 pounds all the way up to 210 pounds of resistance (can be upgraded to 410 pounds). Revolutionary No-Change Cable Pulley System

Lets you move from squats to lats to leg workouts without ever changing cables. That means you'll save time and keep your heart rate up as you progress through your workout.

Great machine. Amazon has the best price on the internet for the Bowflex Xtreme. A little confusing to put together but would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great workout. Solid and well built.

I think I lost 5 pounds putting it together. For the most part the instructions were well written and drawn except when it came time to attach the upper tower the drawing was wrong. Also there are no instructions when you take the leg extensions off. What are we supposed to do with the cables? Their attached to the extensions. You can't have it both ways.

Love it!

My family loves our new Bow Flex home gym! It has everything we need for a workout. My husband found it easy to put together. I definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a home work out.

like a free wight would be

Works really well to cover off the basics when I can't make it to the gym. My only complaint is that the resistance is not 100% even, like a free wight would be, so can feel odd at first. However once you get used to the setup and feel it works great and is very compact.

Great product. I'm 35 and have two daughters under 2. Caring for them takes a lot of time out of my schedule, so the hour and a half gym visits ended a couple of years back. I purchased this machine a couple of months ago. When I first got it, I hated it. You can't workout with it as though it's a bench and freeweights. I ended up changing my routines up, and started loving it. I rarely do sets of less than 21 reps now. I also don't track the amount of weight that I'm doing, since there's no real correlation between the numbers on the bows and pounds. I also slowed by reps down, and concentrate the force. It feels more like calisthenics than weight lifting. Anyhow, I've been losing weight and toning up again, seeing results that I never realized while lifting conventional weights etc. I definitely recommend this product.

No trouble putting it together. Using the beginner exercises and starting to feel better. Great investment, should have done this sooner.

This is a very good machine that can suit many purposes. It's footprint is reasonably compact, so most should be able to find a place for it in their home. Although I train with a barbell and my own use of this machine is limited, it has been a great supplement for my petite wife, who simply lacks the size and strength to train exclusively with a barbell. Though she does still use a bar to do the big five lifts, she feels this machine fills out the rest of her workout very nicely. With a proper training schedule, and depending on the users strength ceiling, this machine absolutely will cause a strength adaption, and can certainly put the average user in excellent physical condition.
